Company implementation
Every company has its own historical background and because of this its own organisational structure.
For this reason we support you with the implementation of our software User Access Manager in your company. The number of your customers whit whom you communicate and your activities on their portals are just as important as the number of users in your company and their access behavior towards your customer. Our  analysis in your company will show us the potential for optimisation and the extent of software solutions which you require.
Phase 1:
A) Analysis of company´s structure and its processes.
  • Centralised  or decentralised  organisational structure
  • Previous and current  situation of identity and access management in your  company
  • Evaluation of  the most important  portals and applications required.
  • Determine required workflows (processes within the company)
  • Determine the course of existing processes
  • Determine the amount of employees who are  authorised to have access to the customers portals
A presentation of the results and the follow-up procedure will take place after Phase 1 has been completed.
