With the lecture concerning „Integrated IT-Service-Management-Solutions“ of the MNM Team, the theme „Identity Management“ was taken up and a case study was presented to the students. During this case study the lectures referred to the Odette UAM XML Standard and the ZF Portalmanager (User Access Manager from o4b). The Odette UAM XML Standard was developed in cooperation with o4b and an interface was integrated into the User Access Manager. The lecturers emphasized strongly the advantages of the standardization of business processes which have already been implemented in the User Access Manager.
