Range of functions
1. Authorization of Users
The User Access Manager has its own data-based user administration system and can be used immediately independent of the internal IT-structure in the company concerned. Existing user listings can be merged via interface. Master data will be automatically adjusted and permission procedures for portal access will displayed comprehensively.
Individual functions and applications will be assigned to the user without a problem by using a roll-based assignment of rights of access.
2. Networking
Dependency on portals and applications are specified among themselves. Accesses to portals and applications, which are dependent from each other are automatically generated and cross-linked.
3. Different hierarchical structures
Various organisational structures can be considered, and any numbers of different hierarchies can be displayed  In these structures other data such as  „ DUNS Family Tree” can be displayed and linked to the organisational structures .
4. Reporting system
Comprehensive reports are available i.e, the number of users, accesses to portals, number of applications, application running times as well as newsletter functions.
5. Process for interlinked workflows
All authorization   processes  for the  access to portals  and all applications will be displayed fully in these workflows  Not only new authorizations but also approval processes will be executed by using a simple registration form and thereafter the workflow will then be generated and administrated within the User Access Manager. All data bases can be applied to  several different languages.
6. Multilingual
The UserAccessManager can be adapted to the desired languages. Inscriptions and menus, can be modified accordingly.
7. Multi-client capability
The UserAccessManager can be operated by an application service provider. This applies to companies whose database is operated and maintained by an   external service provider. It also applies to  companies with a strong decentralised organisational structure. In this case
a completely separate installation of the UserAccessManager is possible.
